Notice -
The monthly service fee is a service fee that we charge to keep track of the hours you work toward your community service requirements. We agree to provide a secure place for you to record your hours and we will maintain these records for you until you finish your hours. We will also prepare reports when required as proof that you are completing your hours as assigned.
We cannot place or assign you to a worksite but we will help you to find an approved location near your home. It will be your responsibility to check and make sure these locations are approved and will count toward your Community Service Hours If you have court ordered hours, you will need to check with court services and follow any restrictions they have on your court ordered service hours.
As soon as you submit payment and complete registration, we will assign a Community Service Coordinator who will contact you and help you to get everything done. Your Community Service Coordinator will help you to get your hours done as quickly and easily as possible.
You will also need to keep your online timesheet updated and enter any hours worked within 24 hours so they can be approved. Any hours entered late or any hours we cannot verify may not be approved and may not count toward your completion.
