You have been directed to this page because we do not have enough information to help you. We need to know where you are located and where you went to court in order to help you. In order to use our service, you will need to pay the monthly service fee and then fill in all information on the registration pages. After you do this, one of our coordinators will contact you and help you get started. There are a few county probation departments in IL who have agreements with us and if we determine you went to court in one of these counties your registration fees will be refunded and you will not have to pay the monthly fee. The monthly service fee is a fee that we charge to keep track of the hours you work toward your community service requirements. We agree to provide a secure place for you to record your hours and we will maintain these records for you until you finish your hours. We will also prepare reports when required as proof that you are completing your hours as assigned. This service fee will end as soon as you have completed all hours and received your Final Report for Court. We cannot place or assign you to a worksite but we will help you to find an approved location near your home. It will be your responsibility to check and make sure these locations are approved and will count toward your Community Service Hours If you have court ordered hours, you will need to check with court services and follow any restrictions they have on your court ordered service hours. As soon as you submit payment and complete registration, we will assign a Community Service Coordinator who will contact you and help you to get everything done. Your Community Service Coordinator will help you to get your hours done as quickly and easily as possible. You will also need to keep your online timesheet updated and enter any hours worked within 24 hours so they can be approved. Any hours entered late or any hours we cannot verify may not be approved and may not count toward your completion. You cannot start until you have picked one of the options above and paid the appropriate registration fee. Although we would like to help everyone with Court Ordered Community Service, we cannot respond to individual questions unless you have registered with us. Please review our list of Frequently Asked Questions (FAQ) first and if you cannot find your answer there you can send an email to info @ CommunityService101.com and we will try to add your question to our FAQ page.
